Type your school email on the login page. We email you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're in. There's no password to forget.

Wait a minute, then check your spam, junk and "promotions" folders. Still nothing? Ask for a new code: each new code cancels the old one. The code works for 10 minutes.

Only people on the class list can log in. Ask your teacher to add you, and check they typed your email exactly right.

When a whole class logs in from one school network, we add a quick check to keep bots out. Tick the box and your device solves a tiny puzzle in a second. No tracking, no picking traffic lights.

30 days on that device, unless you log out. On a shared computer, always log out: it's at the bottom of the menu.

MUN 101. Each lesson has short videos, a game and something to build. Do them in order: each one uses what you made in the last.

Yes. Speeches, resolutions, research cards and position papers save as you type, to your account, so they follow you to any phone or computer you log in on.

Press Present on a projector at the top of a lesson. It goes full screen and steps through one part at a time. Use the arrow keys, Page Up/Down or a clicker. Esc leaves.

Yes. In MUN 106, press Print or save as PDF. Only the paper prints, in Times New Roman with 1-inch margins.

Some school networks block YouTube. In the video popup, try Open on YouTube, or ask your teacher to play it on the class screen.

It's on Netflix (Season 1, Episode 5: "…started a nuclear war"), so it needs a Netflix login. The video library links straight to it. We can't host it ourselves.

A few clips are fan uploads, and YouTube sometimes removes them. Tell your teacher and we'll swap it.

A live practice committee, like a real conference: roll call, a speakers list with a timer, moderated and unmoderated caucuses, motions and votes. One person chairs; everyone else follows on their phones.

Menu → Sessions → Start a session. Name the committee, pick the countries and share the join code. Anyone on the class list can chair.

Scan the QR code on the projector with your phone camera, or Menu → Sessions and type the code. Pick your country. Your phone shows the speaker, the timer and any vote, live.

Press Share in the session to send the link by WhatsApp, email or SMS, or show them the QR code in it. Or press QR code and let them scan your screen. The Chair can also put a big QR code on the projector: QR code → QR on projector, Join QR in the projector controls, or Q on the projector keyboard.

Tap Raise placard. The Chair sees it and adds you to the speakers list.

When the Chair opens a vote, For, Against and Abstain buttons appear on your phone. Countries that said "present and voting" at roll call can't abstain.

Countries present, the votes needed for a simple majority, and the votes needed for two-thirds. They update after roll call.

Yes. Everything saves as you go. Open Sessions and press Continue. Finished sessions move to Past sessions, with who spoke and what passed.

In a session, press Projector view. It shows the speaker, the timer and the speakers list in giant type. The Chair can keep running things from a phone.

How far you got in each lesson, the videos you watched, your game and quiz scores, your saved work and your sessions. It also has a Continue button that takes you back to where you stopped.

Only you and your teachers. There is no public leaderboard.

Press Teacher at the top → Add people. Add one person, paste a list (one email per line, names optional), or upload a CSV file (there's a template). Students you add are put in your group.

Teachers see their own students. Principals see everyone at their school and can add teachers. Admins see everything, add schools, and look after email and updates.

Ask your principal or an admin to set you as their teacher (People → Edit).

Menu → Scoreboard: every student's lessons, quiz scores and saved work, with a CSV export. Activity shows who's online right now and what they did last.

Yes. Students (and their parents) can write to you from Messages. You get an email with a link, and you answer on the site, so the whole conversation stays in one place. You can also start a conversation with a student or parent, add private notes only staff see, or hand a conversation to a colleague. Turn on "Show my email and phone to my students" on your profile if you also want them to see your details.

The people in the conversation and anyone it's handed to. Principals can read conversations at their school, and admins can read all of them. Nobody can delete a message; conversations are deleted a year after the last reply.

Yes. Any student can chair a practice session. Teachers can open, run or close any session.

Lessons are listed in the site files (inc/lessons.php). Ask whoever looks after the site.

Your name, email, school and class; which lessons and videos you opened; your scores; the work you save; and your sessions. Only you, your teachers and the mun.kids admins can see it. Nothing is sold, and there are no ads or trackers. The privacy policy has the details.

Videos load only when you press play, and the first time we ask before loading anything from YouTube. You can change that on My privacy choices.

Yes. Download it on your profile. To fix or delete it, ask your teacher or send us a message.
